You have 30 days to return your order — simply and free of charge.
How returns work
- Contact our customer service team at support@madisonfashion.co.uk with your order number to register your return.
- Pack the item securely and in its original condition.
- Send the parcel to our returns address: Madison Fashion, 16 Park Grove, Barnsley S70 1PY, United Kingdom.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will refund the purchase price within 7 days to your original payment method.
Return Shipping Costs
For faulty, damaged-on-arrival or incorrectly delivered items, we cover the full cost of the return. If you would like to return an item that is not faulty simply because you changed your mind or it doesn't fit, you will bear the direct cost of returning it.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your mattress for a different variant (e.g. a different size or firmness), please contact our customer service team at support@madisonfashion.co.uk with your order number and the item you would like instead. We will check availability and, once we receive the returned item, send you the requested variant free of charge.
If the requested variant is not available, we will instead refund your purchase price in line with our refund policy above.
Statutory Right to Cancel
Right to cancel
You have the right to cancel this contract within 30 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire 30 days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us (Healthy Sup LLC, trading as “Madison Fashion”, 1207 Delaware Ave #3924, Wilmington, DE 19806, USA, email: support@madisonfashion.co.uk, phone: +44 1226 958543) of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model cancellation form, although this is not obligatory.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.
Effects of cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and, in any event, not later than 30 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to cancel this contract.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. You must return the goods without undue delay and, in any event, not later than 30 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation of this contract to us, to: Madison Fashion, 16 Park Grove, Barnsley S70 1PY, United Kingdom.
We will bear the cost of return shipping. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion/early expiry of the right to cancel
The right to cancel does not apply, or expires early, in respect of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery. This applies in particular to mattresses whose protective film or hygiene seal has been removed after receipt.
