- Delivery area: We currently deliver exclusively to addresses within the United Kingdom.
- Eligible products: This Shipping Policy applies to all products in our shop.
- Processing time: Orders are usually prepared within 1-2 working days.
- Delivery time after dispatch: Delivery usually takes 1-3 working days.
- Total delivery time: The total delivery time is expected to be 2-5 working days.
- Shipping costs: Standard shipping is free.
- Tracking: After dispatch, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.
- Currency: All prices are shown in GBP (£), Pounds Sterling.
1. Delivery Area
At Madison Fashion, we currently only offer delivery within the United Kingdom. We do not yet offer international shipping, but we are working on expanding our delivery options to further countries in future.
2. Eligible Products
Our Shipping Policy applies to all products offered on our website. Every item is carefully inspected, packaged and processed to ensure safe and timely delivery.
3. Delivery Locations
Orders are shipped directly to the delivery address you provide at checkout.
We do not currently offer delivery to pickup points, parcel shops or parcel lockers.
4. Order Cut-Off Time
Orders received Monday to Friday before 4pm can usually still be processed the same day.
Orders received after this time, on weekends, or on public holidays are processed on the next working day.
5. Processing Time
Orders are usually prepared for dispatch within 1-2 working days.
This period includes:
- order confirmation,
- quality control,
- packaging, and
- preparation for shipping.
6. Shipping and Delivery Time
Once dispatched, delivery within the United Kingdom usually takes 1-3 working days.
Deliveries are made on working days only, Monday to Friday. Deliveries do not usually take place on weekends or public holidays.
During particularly busy periods, such as public holidays or sale periods, delays may occur.
The total delivery time, including processing, is expected to be 2-5 working days.
7. Shipping Costs
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United Kingdom.
No additional handling or packaging costs apply.
8. Changing Your Delivery Address
If you would like to change your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible at:

We will do our best to make the requested change. However, we cannot guarantee changes for orders that have already been processed or shipped.
9. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a dispatch confirmation by email, including a tracking link.
You can also check the current status of your delivery at any time on our Order Tracking page.
10. Delays
In exceptional cases, delivery delays may occur. Possible reasons include:
- public holidays,
- particularly high order volumes,
- sale and promotional periods,
- delays at the courier,
- incomplete or incorrect delivery addresses.
We appreciate your understanding that such delays may be outside our direct control.
