1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all orders placed by consumers and businesses through our online shop, operated by Healthy Sup LLC, trading as “Madison Fashion”, 1207 Delaware Ave #3924, Wilmington, DE 19806, USA (the “Seller”).
2. Formation of Contract
The presentation of products in our online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding online catalogue. By clicking the order button to complete your purchase, you submit a binding order for the goods contained in your basket. The purchase contract is formed once we accept your order by sending you an order confirmation email.
3. Prices and Payment
All prices shown are final prices inclusive of applicable VAT. Shipping is free (see our Shipping Policy). The payment methods actually available at checkout are shown to you directly during the payment process. Further details can be found in our Payment Policy.
4. Delivery
Delivery is usually made within 2-5 working days to the delivery address you provide. We currently deliver within the United Kingdom. Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Barnsley, United Kingdom. The Seller is not responsible for delivery delays caused by upstream suppliers.
5. Retention of Title
Goods delivered remain the property of the Seller until paid for in full.
6. Warranty
Statutory warranty rights under UK consumer law apply.
7. Right to Cancel
Consumers have a statutory right to cancel their order. Details are set out in our separate Returns & Cancellation Policy.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. This choice of law does not deprive you, as a consumer, of the protection afforded by any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you are habitually resident.
